We spent the last two years touring dozens of homes In the Port Royal and Aqualane Shores area of Naples. We concluded that VIV homes had superior quality, commitment to client satisfaction, great sub-contractor relationships, and a team of professionals you cannot find anywhere else.

I don’t have adequate words to describe our reactions: amazing, spectacular, beautiful, speechless. All true. Sharon teared up, The quality, the design, the material selections, the lighting; the island! Everything; every room. We were blown away.

Very happy with VIV. We made it through hurricane Ian with no damage. VIV builds a great home.

We can’t adequately express our appreciation for the quality of the work and the selections and care and your responsiveness in every aspect of this project. We are so glad that we made the decision to work with you and the entire VIV team. Our thanks go to each of you.

We purchased our new home in Aqualane Shores and continue to be extremely pleased with the quality construction and post sale support provided by VIV. The team were excellent to deal with, and while there were virtually no issues post close, they were always there to assist in any way.

We bought a VIV home and cannot be happier with our investment. VIV gets it; they are playing the long game. Superior client satisfaction locks you into their brand. I would like to thank the VIV team for making our choice easy, and for building a home that three generations of our family will enjoy in the years to come.

We are thoroughly enjoying our Old Naples VIV home and are thrilled we decided to work with them. The quality, finish level, and attention to detail all far exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend VIV to anyone looking for the best of the best.

VIV provided us with an excellent home in an ideal location in Old Naples. The house is well thought out and is extremely well constructed. Our experience with VIV has been very positive and we would highly recommend them to others.

We absolutely love our Old Naples home and have had a great experience with VIV and their team. VIV handled all aspects of the transaction and beyond with the highest level of integrity and they build a phenomenal home. We enthusiastically recommend VIV.

The house is extremely well built, very quiet, and still feels like new. VIV builds a great home and I wholeheartedly would recommend VIV to anyone considering a top quality new home in the downtown area.

The finished home far exceeded our expectations and is without question superior to other new homes we reviewed during the selection process. We couldn’t be happier at this point and would without hesitation recommend VIV to anyone.

When we committed to the house it was still being built and the whole VIV team worked with us to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even post sale, they were available to help us as we settled into our beautiful home. We were so grateful for our well built VIV home!

The attention to detail, high quality interior finishes and superior concrete block construction surpassed our expectations. Five years after our purchase the team has been available to address any concerns we have providing great ease of mind- exactly what you want in a developer.
